My Approach

Although the 'services' are quite specific, please know that this is the ministry the Lord Jesus has put into place and if there is any challenge that you are facing and it does not fall within the service descriptions, please reach out regardless. The Lord knows what you need and I trust that He will lead us in finding the best solution for you.  

 

All of the support offered begin with an initial consultation at your home. The heart behind this meeting is to give both of us the time to ensure compatibility. During this first meeting, we will discuss the family goals and specific needs. I will also be able to observe specific family interactions, which will lead us to find the best path of support for all involved.

With the use of Systemic Theory approach - in accordance with the ASCHP regulations & scope of practice - we will lay the foundations for healthy boundaries & communication.

All services are provided at the family's home, the child's school or both - I believe this enhances the generalisation of skills learnt and the application thereof in their appropriate and desired environment.

Most importantly, we will pray and trust the Lord to guide the process and bring His Will into your situation. My approach may not be conventional, but it is founded on the trust I have in the Lord to lead us daily. I pray that He can simply use me as His vessel to bring joy and peace into your journey - no matter what the circumstances may look like. I also pray that He is already speaking to your heart and guiding you to reach out for the right type of support - be it me or someone else He has planned for you.
